Our guide to choosing the right posters.

Taste is of course individual and not something we can lecture others about. What we at Postercph think is the good taste is not necessarily what you dream of. But we are good at picking out the good taste (we think ourselves), so if you are unsure which posters you like, trust us.

We spend a long time selecting the right posters. We therefore do not have the world's largest selection. but the ones we have, we can vouch for.  We only select posters we would have stuck in our own living room.

1. Think about what mood you'd like to create. If you are looking for a poster to calm down, it should make a little noise or something else entirely. What do you have of colors and mood in advance. It's good to match expectations with others in the family, if at all.

2. Don't be afraid to buy a poster that you may not quite understand or may have items you don't quite love. In our experience, art you need to turn to is more durable in the long run. You don't get as easily tired of your purchase as you might be. Of course, you should like the poster as a whole from the get go. 

3. Choosing the size of your poster depends, of course, on what you need it for. If it's going to adorn a wall on its own, it might take a certain size. It is important that the poster fits in size to the wall. I don't want a poster hanging around fluttering on a wall. It must be hung so that harmony arises between the size of the wall and the size of the poster. You can possibly make what you call a poster wall. A poster wall is the term for putting together several posters to create a device. The most beautiful poster wall occurs when you put together different sizes of posters together.

4. Choice of frame. We have chosen to have only frames with oak. We think oak frames are the most beautiful thing for our posters. That is not to say that black aluminium frames or white wooden frames may be the best choice for your posters. But we want the frame to be noisy as little as possible and not to take too much attention from the poster itself. We believe that oak frames are the best at this.
