Isis Maakestad, born 1986, is a visual artist and illustrator based in Gothenburg. She earned her bachelor's degree in visual arts at The Art Academy in Bergen, Norway 2016. Isis artworks take several forms; painting, illustration, collage and ceramics. She often works with a muted color palette and a decorative thinness that feels pleasantly instinctual.
